Long Meadow Newsletter
This year has been the year of the parent. Parents have learned to put on a different cap for different times of the day; whether that is their work cap, their childcare cap, their teacher cap... the list goes on. Many times, parents have needed to wear all their hats at once to meet the daily demands of parenting, along with supporting their children as they learn from home. This month’s newsletter is dedicated to our wonderful parents. We must remember that in order to fill our children’s cups, ours must be full first. Please refer to the links below focusing on self care, reducing stress, and promoting mental health.
