Long Meadow PTA has the studio to ourselves and we'll begin with a 50 minute beginner reformer based Pilates Class followed by wine and charcuterie by "Cheesed to Meat You"
Admission is $25 a person
(regular drop in fees are $35 a class!)
ALL proceeds go to the Long Meadow PTA

Fingerprinting services for RCS volunteers, March 8-9
Convenient fingerprinting services are available by appointment March 8-9 for Rochester Community Schools volunteers who anticipate being overnight chaperones, volunteer coaches or extended field trip assistants during the school year.
Oakland Schools will provide Livescan fingerprinting at the RCS Administration Building located at 52585 Dequindre Road in Rochester. Appointments are available on March 8 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and on March 9 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. To make an appointment and complete your payment in advance...

We are so excited to be partnering with the Positivity Project again this year.
What is the Positivity Project?
The Positivity Project, also referred to as P2, uses 24 character strengths to help students build positive relationships. Positive relationships are the cornerstone to health, happiness and resilience. Each week all children in grades kindergarten through fifth grade will be introduced and explicitly taught the same character strength. Everyone in our Long Meadow family will be provided with the same definition for each character strength. Children will soon be able to “see what the character trait looks like” through the use of videos, books, and discussions.
